You're looking at moderately-played 1st edition Elemental HERO Neos Alius (Ultimate Rare) from Tactical Evolution. This is a staple in HERO decks as it's a good beatstick and the Light attribute makes good Fusion/Chaos fodder. Elemental HEROes are proudly played by Jaden/Judain in the anime, and this card is Neos's younger brother and looks like he came straight out of Ultraman! Great for Judai/anime fans, collectors and casuals, as well! I will throw in THREE cards from my collection if you select Buy It Now!! Please note there are some scratches on the card that are mostly along the edge of the card (might be difficult to capture on camera) Cards will be shipped in card sleeve and toploader for protection.
