The plush arrived safely encased in bubble wrap and a bag. It was brand new with the tags included; it appears clean and colorful, and it looks exactly like the listed product. The quality is flawless and the price was fair for a Japanese-original keychain. The package also included a sticker from the seller, which was a considerate addition. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
