Item was received well packaged and even sooner than expected which is definitely a plus for me. Looked brand new, as stated, and I broke the seal to open it and make sure all components were in, which they were. I will let my son charge it and do the rest as he opens it for Christmas and I hope it works well and he loves it. I’ll follow up with an update.
