Our in office hours are Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm. We are not open on weekends, so if you send us a request on Friday evening we won't get back to you until Monday afternoon. Please don't take it as us ignoring you! We will work on your request Monday and get back to you as soon as we can. Also, if you order from us on a Friday evening or Saturday morning we won't start processing your order until we open on Monday. That means on Monday it will be pulled and prepped for shipping, then picked up by the postman on Tuesday morning. When will you ship my item? The tracking hasn't moved. We realize you're eager to get your item, so if the tracking hasn't moved in a few days please don't be concerned. We give the postman a lot of packages daily, sometimes as many as 100, so he does not scan each item for us upon pickup as he says it would be too time consuming for him to do so. If you get a tracking number from us, that almost always means your item was picked up by the postman the next business day. The USPS is also imperfect. Multiple art pages can easily be combined because they are light and thin. Where combined shipping differs is with size and weight. For instance, two statues require a much bigger box. Same goes for CGCs, as the package gets bigger and heavier as you go. Do you ship well? I've had some bad experiences... A RUN will be a collection of consecutive issues with no breaks in between them. If it says RUN of #s 1 - 50 you will receive 50 consecutive comics. A LOT will be within a certain range, so a 50pc LOT will not contain consecutive books.
