Outer corners and edges of the covers and spine show some rubbing but exterior remains overall very clean. Interior shows use wear like notations in pencil and pen in the text, margins and back endpapers as well as underlining. Several pages throughout also show some tape repairs to pages with fewer showing minor tatters. A few of the tape repairs are not expertly carried through with though text in these verse remains overall legible with an occasional few words being hard to make out but inteligible from the context. Some pages also show some minor waviness and the gold gilded outer page fore edges show some loss to the gilding. Binding is very well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book measures approximately 9 x 6 x 1 1/8 inches and weighs about 2 pounds.
