Camera arrived still registered to its previous owner and locked. This was not disclosed in the listing, or I would not have bought it. After an hour on with SimpliSafe customer service, was told there was nothing they could do if the pervious owner did not deregister the camera. Provided screenshots to seller and after a bit of back and forth with their "fixes", was given a refund and allowed to keep the inop camera as it was more expensive for the seller to ship it back. Know what you sell.

I'm so thankful, they saved my neck by shipping a replacement beloved stuffy for my kid. Sure, it smelled like pee, but I know from being an experienced mom that doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't well washed. A few rounds with his bedding and the little fella will smell like home. They shipped quickly (5 days is fast out in rural Appalachia) and it was well packaged, though impersonal. Recommend the seller overall.

It arrived quickly and safely, the packaging’s was normal with a cute smiley sticker, it was exactly as described and looked brand new if you asked me and definitely worth the money that was asked for purchase, this seller is awesome. Happy the string was loose in back because I’m adding a sound to him at the build a bear workshop, then I’ll stitch it back ☺️.
