A+ Maybe not "NOS/NIB" but for used tubes all was good. I was able to get a Hallicrafters 5r42 back to working order and added to the collection. Packaging was good and care was taken to ensure safe and timely arrival. I would look to first purchase similar from this seller again and as their sales contribute to worthwhile charity.
