Personally would not use this seller again. The Panasonic DMR-ES15 DVD Recorder was packaged in such a manner that it allowed the item to shift during transport. Resulting in a loose part inside the Panasonic DMR-ES15 DVD Recorder. This sellers only saving grace was that a return was accepted. Also, this item is back on eBay.
