According to FedEx, the package has been lost. This is in no way the fault of the seller. The seller has been responsive and in contact throughout the process. I was able to receive a refund. If somehow the package is returned to the seller, I would still be interested in purchasing it and provide a different address. It seems that FedEx and USPS do not communicate well.

Seller was very helpful in processing a return/refund on the item, which did not work for me when it arrived despite being tested and working for the seller. We could not figure out why it didn't work for me when it did for the seller. They communicated quickly and helped me get a refund. Would purchase from seller again.

The seller and I had a conservation through Ebay. I was able show that the item was damaged, and not safe to use as is by photos I provided to him. I was give a refund in a very timely fashion, and both parties are satisified with the outcome. I would not hesitate to shop with him in the future.
