Seller shipped the items very promptly and tracking indicated that they made it to Memphis. However the tools were lost in transit from there to my small hometown. I communicated with seller earlier about the situation and he said I will do whatever was needed. I waited a month and a half from indicated delivery date before filing claim. Upon being informed that the tools were not going to be delivered he instantly refunded the entire amount. I really appreciated the consideration. Thank you

I PAID THIS SELLER 150 DOLLARS INCLUDING SHIPPING FOR A GUITAR AMP AND THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERS TO USE BUBBLE WRAP. INSTEAD, THEY JUST PUT IT IN A BOX WITH NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER. IT IS A MIRACLE IT DID NOT GET DAMAGED. I MESSAGED THEM AND TOLD THEM THIS AND WAS DISMISSED. IF YOU BUY EXPENSIVE FROM THEM, JUST BE WARNED THEY PUT ZERO EFFORT INTO PACKAGING AND SHIPPING.
