Metal cabinet is very dirty/scuffed up/ rust spots all over it (see PIX # 2, 4, 5 &6) and needs more than a good cleaning. Untested. Sold A S IS (for parts only or repair). No Returns. I recommend this item for electronic experts who know how to restore Vintage Electronics. I mostly sell Vinyl Records & CD's, which is where my Feedback comes from.
