The sellers were very courteous and polite and kept me updated at every step of the process. They even sent pictures of the unit they were sending out to me. The shipping took maybe 3 weeks, which was still a lot faster than I was expecting, given it was coming from abroad and through customs etc. The walkman itself was perfect quality and condition, it looks exactly as described and pictured and works beautifully. They even sent a sachet of green tea as a courtesy gift. Overall, very pleased.

Item as described. Seller was easy to work and communicate with to find alternate shipping method due to local post office strike. Additional charge for shipping was worth it, item was delivered in less than a week. 10/10 will shop with seller again!
