I do not leave feedback unless I consider that the seller has provided something above and beyond. I was so tired of giving pat feedback when we should expect an acceptable purchase. This seller provided me with a purchase that was not cheap but reasonable. It was purchased over a holiday weekend and I have already received my purchase. Two other items I purchased the same day from other sellers have only a tracking number. Needless to say, I am impressed and happy with this seller.

Quick shipping. Packaged well. Value was reasonable compared to Vitamix website. The plastic bag the item was in was taped, vs. the plastic being unopened, which I do not believed was described in the item description. Item still looks "new" but unsure if it was ever used since the plastic bag was taped vs. unopened/not tampered with.

Cord with blanket was the wrong one, but seller sent me what he hoped would be the right cord. Then- because of the problems I encountered with the order - he just went ahead and gave me a full refund immediately, which I appreciated so much! Was very easy to work with and very caring. Good communication.
