It was shipped on the last day of the 10 day window given in description, but the seller communicated with me & there were just a lot of orders going out at the time. Although the item also wasn't delivered in the timeframe given, it was only a few days late. Coming from another country, I expected it could take a little longer. Signature was required, so be prepared for that if you're ordering from the US. The item itself is perfect, brand new in box, works perfectly, & my kiddo is obsessed!
