ok, first of all, the product is amazing. I didn't expect the box to be huge and didn't realize the figure came with buildings. I'm impressed. It came in perfect condition, the box wasn't damaged. The only problem I had was that it took a while to ship, but it was worth it.

While the shipping was Quick, the item had some damage, not "like new" as described.. Contacted seller, seller stated would replace, then did not respond after asking for updates
