Item description and quality for the Kamvas 13 Gene 3 was exactly as written. I expected some type of flaw, but the condition seems to be 100% perfect. I’m glad I took the gamble to purchase it as it was a returned item, but the value was too good to pass up. The overall appearance of it is perfect I can’t find any visual or internal issues as of yet. The vendor was polite and answered all of my questions and concerns almost immediately. The package got here fast and there was no issues.
