Size: Approx 12 3/4" x 8 1/4" x 2 3/4". CONDITION: Overall: Good to very good. Rebound in a 20th century half leather binding with gilt decorated spine! Pages : Good to very good with occasional moderate discoloration . Light water staining to top fore edge corners of last 35 of so pages. Some soiling to endpapers, minimal staining, (please see pictures) Binding: Very good, still sound . Hinges: Very good, sound and flexible. I had several communications with the Seller regarding the condition of the map. His responses were prompt and complete, including additional photos. Upon arrival, the map was exactly as described; no surprises. Packing was very secure and waterproof. Shipping, which the Seller paid for, was 5 working days slower than USPS's original notification -- with zero proactive interim communication from USPS during those 5 days. However, this was beyond the Seller's control.
