   The phone is amazing and as described, brand new in a sealed box. I’m so happy with it so far! Customer service was really lovely and helpful too, would highly recommend. It took a little while for the phone to be shipped and tracking to be available, but that wasn’t a problem at all since the actual delivery only took a few days from Japan to the UK and I actually got it before the estimated date. This is just so that future buyers know that waiting for shipment is total normal. Thank you! ❤️

   I ordered the Freetel Mode1 Retro II in black. Shipping was very fast. Came from Japan to India in just 4 days. The phone came in brand new with box and including all accessories, exactly as mentioned. Packaging was well done and properly cushioned. No damage at all. The seller was nice enough to set the device language to English. He also kept me updated through message during the delivery process. 100% would recommend to anyone who wishes to buy Japanese flip phones and other electronics.
