We wash all our clothing except for new with tags, dry clean only, cashmere and wool. (We do not have the means to provide a quality cleaning experience for these particular items.) Measurements: Not all clothing items will measure as expected, so please compare the measurements we provide with one of your favorite garments to ensure a correct fit. We provide measurements of most clothing pieces, the measurements we offer are as follows; Shirts: chest (pit to pit) and length (shoulder to hem) Pants: waist, rise and inseam If you need a different measurement feel free to send a message and we'll usually get back to you within a business day. Most other questions are answered the same day. We pride ourselves on offering outstanding customer service, so please reach out with any issue. Shipping: We process and ship through USPS by the next business day after order. Combined shipping: We are happy to combine shipping on a multi order, please just send us a message.
