item is perfect.. my daughter (once she gets it on christmas) couldn’t be happier. and the seller is awesome. DHL contacted me via whatsapp about customs fees. i don’t use whatsapp, anymore so i did not see their message (that’s dhl’s fault not the seller). The seller was genuinely concerned for the safe delivery of the item and contacted me to let me know that the courier couldn’t get ahold of me. these folks genuinely care. great experience overall with them!

Great communication ! Perfect packaging ! International beware, he's using DHL, so shipping is fast, but they charge a 20$ flat rate on top of custom fees, so end up paying 40% more because of that.
