The item wasn’t shipped within the timeframe the seller gives on their store description and whenever I messaged them they didn’t answer back whatsoever, no communication from this seller. When I got my item from UPS, the shipping box and the product itself was beaten up. Graphic box was dented and warped. It was packaged with bubble wrap and newspapers, but needed an extra box for protection. It’s a shame considering how expensive it was that it had minimum protection, but it is what it is.

We were not on the same page about what I would be getting, but they were good about taking it back....even though they post that returns are not accepted. If you buy from them, make SURE all your questions are answered/you have pics showing you what you want to see. Shipping price was great, time, not as much. I tracked it sitting in Jersey for 4 or 5 days. Not sure you can hold that against them, but it was a thing.

DVD as described. Heavy adhesive of the price sticker left a mess on the shrink wrap when the sticker was removed. This is not relevant unless you are getting an item to be used as a gift as I was in this case. Took several days for the seller to ship the item. DVD was placed in a bubble wrap envelope which is only moderately protective.
