A really splendid figure, pricey but definitely worth it. The detailing is wonderful all over, something to appreciate in every millimeter. This figure arrived in perfect condition. My one difficulty was in dealing with Fed Ex, whom the seller appointed to deliver this item. They required me to pay more customs fees and taxes ahead of delivery (seller did not warn me of this) but failed to send a receipt by e-mail as they said they would. They telephoned excessively when an e-mail would do.

Seller listed and sold the item before it was in their possession without noting that anywhere in the product description, but they admitted to the mistake and communicated well. However, I also had to be the one to initiate communication; seller did not contact me to notify me of logistical issues, despite appearing aware of the problem. Seller seems receptive to feedback, and my product has now arrived, so I will still rate positive. If they accept and implement my feedback, I would buy again.
