When I received the Okami game, it arrived in a thin envelope and the game was literally broken in half. The seller did provide me a full refund with no hassle, but there was no follow-up communication. Just a notification from my bank that a refund had been given. Even a quick "sorry that happened" would have been appreciated. Because I was given the refund, I'll still give this a positive score. I would definitely recommend the seller improve their packing and responses, though.

It’s in perfect condition just as described! The seller was very tightly in how they packaged the items making sure they wouldn’t get damaged, which I appreciate when buying loose discs! It’s as great value for getting a pretty much new disc! They shipped quickly and they got here in a pretty timely manner, the only thing is it’s a little unnerving since it’s not tracked! But it’s not too big of a deal given the great deal!

Great buying experience. Unfortunately the package delivered only had the movie DVD and Bonus feature Blu Ray. The Main feature Blu Ray was missing. I contacted the seller. They responded right away and were very apologetic for the situation. They promptly issued me a refund and said to keep the discs that were delivered. Fantastic Customer Service. Packing was great too. Would buy from this seller again!
