Item Arrived exactly as described. Quality used to make item was great. Came brand new as described. Item was well packaged and looked secured to prevent damage while in transit. Also bubble wrapped the item for that extra layer protection. Price was great compared to many others on here. Product itself looked to be made of soft and cuddly fabric. This is an excellent quality amplifier even to be 45+ years old. It arrived in excellent condition. No damages, packaged very well, and clean. This was an excellent value especially with the free shipping. Its appearance is also excellent and came with modern LED lights. Shipping was extremely fast going from Japan to Alaska and then ask the way to the opposite coast of the US in less than 2 days.

Very friendly communication, fast response, overall feel sorry for the seller I had to cancel the order because i found a similar one in Germany which is closer to my country, because of that I didn't have to pay taxes and save 20 dollar on shipping costs, which overall saved me over 50 dollar. Gave the seller 5 stars on everything despite the item was never send because of the cancellation.
