COMBINED INVOICES We do not give partial refunds or shipping discounts for combined items. We give "shipping discounts" on the front end when we accept offers. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday, with exceptions of holidays. TAX Sales tax is collected based on your state by ebay. RETURNS Items must be returned in the same condition to receive full refund. PAYMENT Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close. Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.
