It is 100% Cotton has a slub cotton texture to it. I show pic with light shining through the fabric so you have an idea. Very cool back graphic mixing traditional Japanese artwork with Godzilla. The tag says L but fits smaller more like a US S. Because of that I'll put this as sz S which is closer to the Standard US sizing. Please go by the measurements. Godzilla sz L fits smaller Chest - (armpit to armpit)= 20" Length - 26-3/4" I personally take an immense amount of pride as a Ebay seller here for over 20 Years providing tons of detailed pictures, information and open communication to provide the best shopping experience I can. I take the time to include measurements in the images and in my detailed description which is something I look for when I personally shop here and online. Pants are perfect! I have a hard time finding pants that actually fit especially ordering online, but the seller's accurate and detailed measurements allowed me to buy the pants confidently and they fit perfect, I'm so happy!
