I bought a Squish Mallows advent calendar for my daughter. Supposed to be delivered between Nov 25 - Nov 30. By Dec 2 it was somewhere lost in the mail. The tracking of the item had stopped. The seller immediately issued me another one (free of charge) that arrived ASAP. Today Dec 20 my daughter told me that the lost one had just arrived! I let the seller know and was willing to mail it back to them, but they said to just keep it. She is giving it to a toy drive at work. Great Seller!!!!

Product itself was as described, packaging was good and product arrived in great quality with no rips/tears on the manufacture wrapping. Shipping was a bit slow, things happen not too upset but would have appreciated a message from the seller for the delay.
