Mike is legit and he's a really good guy. Unfortunately, it seems USPS lost the package after he dropped it off. This is something you never expect but always is a possibility. Once Mike realized what was going on, he had no issues giving me a full refund and explaining that he dropped the package off in a timely fashion originally. This was the right thing to do and I appreciate it. 5/5 stars
