Although the walking stick arrive on time and in great condition, the wrong length was sent. I ordered a 61.5 and got a 44.5. I contacted the seller and they quickly replied and sent a shipping label for the return and issued a refund. The product was great just the wrong size. I would highly recommend this seller.
