   When I first received the machine it did not function correctly. The following day, Ray at the Tech Support center sent me a message to set the machine up and call him to troubleshoot the issue. I did so and the machine worked properly with both VHS tapes and DVD discs. I would highly recommend this seller since the refurbished electronics he sells are processed and repaired by the only center in the country that refurbishes the equipment and their customer support is excellent.

   Extremely fast shipping, let me tell you people something you missed out on a deal. This is one massive tenant subwoofer. I feel like I got the value of the day. The condition of it is exactly as described brand new and it was packaged extremely well. I highly recommend the seller. I really truly wish you had one or two more of these subs for sale because I would definitely buy them
