The laptop this seller was offering had an unusual damage area on the integrated keyboard/palmrest where somebody cut the plastic on a corner. Offered with no OS and no SSD, the seller was willing to work with me on an offer price after I explained that a replacement keyboard/palmrest was only sold as a unit and was expensive. I thank this seller for being reasonable on his pricing & for the good job of packaging this unit. I will be rebuilding this unit from the motherboard up.

Power supply is working great and is as described. I picked up locally so I can't attest to packaging or shipping. the staff member was very friendly and helpful.
