The seller has offered a refund and I will not have to return damaged VCR TV. I am hoping to purchase another one from him very soon so my son has a working one! He sent the tv promptly and packed it very very well! It was totally the fault of the delivery company! He has been very easy to deal with and responds quickly!!! The subwoofer I bought for my garage worked as described, but unfortunately it got damaged during shipping. I informed them about it and they were quick to make the situation right. My only real fuss is the lack of proper packaging, other than that I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
