When ordered it was listed as used and working. Before shipping the seller discovered the video was not working, then he promptly gave me the option of as at “name my price”, or I could cancel the order for a full refund. The subwoofer I bought for my garage worked as described, but unfortunately it got damaged during shipping. I informed them about it and they were quick to make the situation right. My only real fuss is the lack of proper packaging, other than that I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
