I contacted the seller to ask him if both slides for the earphone plugs were working when he shipped the Walkman. He said they did, but unfortunately the right slide that controls the sound for the right wasn’t working. He text me back and said he would refund $35 since it wasn’t as described. I thought that was more than fair. I felt like he handled this situation very well. The Walkman did arrive before the date we were told.
