Item unfortunately arrived broken and this seller was extremely responsive to this problem. They were quick to offer a reasonable resolution with the photos I submitted. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and resolutions process. Many of the other items in our shipment were still in pristine condition and it was obvious the listing descriptions were accurate. Will definitely shop with this seller again!!! Even with problems it turned out to be a great transaction! AAAA++++ seller!

Item took too long to get shipped. I had a tracking number 6 days before item was given to post office. Once the usps had the package it arrived quickly. Item was as described and was packed very well. Customer service was responsive. If I knew that seller took so long to ship I would not have bought item from them. Nowhere does it say on the sellers site that they take 5-7 days to ship. That is rediculous. Anyhow. The old tape deck i bought works. Once belts are replaced it should be good.

I own a number of red and maroon sneakers, but few of them are in the excellent condition this one is. They were snugly packaged and shipped quickly. I have had nothing but positive experiences with shoes that Goodwill has offered (I think I have purchased 4 pairs from the same outfit. The picture matched exactly the condition that the seller represented, and the price--the best aspect of dealing with Goodwill!--was fantastic! Do not hesitate to purchase from this seller!
