Unfortunately USPS lost my order in transit. The seller was extremely helpful throughout the process and would message me right back anytime I had a question. We decided to give it about a week after est. delivery date, and when I didn’t get my order they refunded me right away. I’ve ordered from this seller multiple times and never had a problem before, and it was the post office’s fault. Will continue ordering from them and would highly recommend!

Item was exactly what it said it would be in the box, and for what I think was a reasonable price at the time. Shipping was quick and easy and the company used minimal packaging with the box in another almost exact fitting box, very eco-friendly compared to some other companies. I haven't used trollandtoadstore before this purchase, but they did a great job with it, so I'm sure I'll be back at some point in the future!
