Your comment: Packaged arrived and was exactly as described. However, the other card that came with this one was lost during shipping due to a broken seal on envelope flap. Unsure if it was taken or fell out. Am currently awaiting to hear back from seller to resolve this issue. Communication has been slow; 2 days passed since delivery. Will come back and edit to positive if we can resolve the matter. **Updated - Seller reached out and was willing to make a full refund of the lost card. Thank u!

I received my original card and it was not mint / near mint as advertised. I took pictures , sent them with an explanation that my daughter and I collect Lorcana and she loves getting them graded. They were completely understanding and offered to replace the card free of charge ( I offered to send the one I received back but they let me keep it as well). Great customer service ! Will buy again!!

Recent heatwave seemed to have melted the seal of the shipping envelope and my card didn't make it to me, but the seller responded within 24 hours and issued me a full refund while being kind and understanding. I normally fear these kind of situations, but this seller was amazing. Would do business again!
