Thank you so much the card was delivered but in a different mailbox at my apartment one of the neighbors came and gave me the card personally at my door in a mail envelope with my name on it I m really sorry for all this trouble I put you through I hope there s no hard feelings after this once again thank you so much and I truly apologize for that negative feedback and comment i gave you please keep up the good work

As much as I disliked the time it shipped to get to me... It's overshadowed by how professional it was taken care of. I like the fact that you put it between two cardboard sleeves and kept it secure with tape. I like that you did that because it's not an expensive card to receive a thicker sleeve. But you took the initiative to protect my card even if it's just a $2 card. Overall the item came as described. 10/10

Shipped late, but packaging was to size with the product, Furby arrived with a permanently opened beak and stressed eyelashes, but was exactly what I bid for and well worth the price
