Item arrived in great condition. I can attribute it to the bubble wrap surrounding the item, as well as the extra padding in the box that prevented it from being thrown around in transit. It appears just as described and shown — I opened it up and all the accessories were found within. One thing I will say is that it was shipped a bit late, without the seller communicating as such. However, once it was shipped its delivery time was quick. Overall, a quality seller I would buy from again.

The seller was very good at communicating and understanding, my product unfortunately arrived broken. It was a pretty good price not the best one you could find. The seller packaged it with a lot of care. The rest of her joints felt really sturdy but good enough to move. She looked amazing and it’s a shame she arrived snapped. The seller is a good one for sure! Just bad luck, and a refund. I recommend this seller, and if it doesn’t arrive broken, definitely a good item for a my hero fan.

The seller sent out the purchase quickly and unfortunately US Customs delayed its arrival. Through no fault of the seller of course. I'm absolutely thrilled by the value and condition of the Frieren statue. It was actually about the same price or even cheaper than when I literally saw it in person while shopping in Tokyo. The appearance and quality are fantastic, and it was packaged very well. Seller also responded quickly to any questions I had.
