The items arrived quickly and were in an unopened package but earbud batteries were completely dead on arrival and no amount of charging them helped. The seller was quick to offer return option and refund. Unfortunately I had to invest a lot of time into this and pay a 60 USD custom fee without getting anything out of it which feels highly negative but seller communication at least pushed the feeling near neutral.

The item was packed simply, yet in a way that made it very safe and secure for shipping. The ship time was especially fast, considering the very long distance. VERY well-packed for shipment, item as described (actually brand-new, just with faded box). Haven’t opened it yet but that alone was reassuring. Seller was very communicative and the shipping was super quick from Japan.
