We had a bit of a snafu with the tracking number and the item that was delivered happened to be the wrong one but the seller was excellent in responding to my inquiries promptly. I got slightly impatient with the whole thing and they remained extremely professional, would recommend the seller highly; mistakes are bound to happen but this kind of customer service is extremely rare.
