Book size is approximately 13x19x3 and weighs about 20 pounds. Interior pages are in good condition. No ripped or dog-eared that I can see (didn't check page by page, but looked for that type of damage in general). Page binding is in good condition and still holds pages securely, but the leather outer binding is disintegrating. All pieces are there so a book restoration professional would be able to see what the original gold imprint of book name and decorative stamping looked like for restoration. The front cover is still attached and in reasonably good condition. The back cover is detached and has damage as shown in photos. Would make a wonderful gift for specialist in this field. Shipping will need to include insurance due to book value.
