I recently ordered this beautiful Snow White LE doll from this seller. When she first arrived, there were some issues (e.g. semi loose head). However, when voicing my concerns, the seller responded almost immediately and offered a complete refund. They’re legit and truly do care about their customers. Although I initially wanted to return the product, I still decided to keep it, as most of my prior issues were fixable. All in all, super kind seller whom I can truly recommend! 🙏🏼🌻

Very good seller here. Item was packaged with care and arrived largely unscathed. Good value for money and photos accurately represented condition. Some edges bent during shipping, but that is not on the seller, or their packaging job. I rate this seller very high, USPS (in my area), not so much lol. Good value and as described. Packaged heavily in bubble wrap but in a box that was skin tight. I had to cut box away from item. Packaging tightness caused a potentiometer shaft to break off. Easy to repair. Seller quick to communicate and offered to file a claim with the carrier. Shipping was quick and the box was not damaged and showed no sign of being handled roughly.
