Well packaged in sturdy box and bubble wrap. Shipping was as expected for heavy item coast to coast. Item was as described and even better than the photos. Flatware was in excellent and a much better value than purchasing new. It was ⅔ the price of new—$100 less. The item was shipped soon after purchase and arrived faster than expected.
