Collated complete. The full colour maps that were used to make this special edition Atlas were prepared by John Bartholemew & Son ltd and features a preface written by Ian Cameron. This beautifully bound atlas provides a visual guide to our planet with additional details on the history of exploration by the Royal Geographical Society. CONDITION Bound in full morocco with moiré end papers. Externally very smart with only light rubbing to the extremities and the odd minor mark to the boards. Discolouration to the extremities of the end papers. Internally firmly bound with clean and generally bright pages with only very light age toning to the extremities. Overall Condition: Very Good Indeed GLOSSARY OF TERMS Overall Condition (Dustwrapper condition rating is shown after that for the book itself, where a dustwrapper is present) Fine - Very well preserved copy showing very little wear Very Good Indeed - Only one or two minor faults, really a very attractive copy Very Good - Quite a wide term meaning no major faults but probably several smaller ones often expected given the age of the book, but still a respectable copy Good - Meaning not very good. This now sits alongside a companion volume, another work of Worcestershire historian and antiquarian, John Noak. I very much looking forward to reading it.
